BG Wallet Ltd. (“BG Wallet“) is strongly committed to protecting the privacy, security, and online safety of BG Wallet’s Users (“You” or “Your“). BG Wallet has implemented applicable measures and procedures to protect you from the risks of theft, disruption and unauthorized access to your online information and activities when you use BG Wallet’s products and services.

This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy“) is a part of BG Wallet’s Search Product End User License Agreement (“Agreement“). This Privacy Policy specifies in detail the processing and transfer of data collected by downloading and using the Search Product and the Search Product Services, all in accordance with the relevant privacy and data protection regulations, included, the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA“) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR“).

Before downloading, accessing or using BG Wallet’s Product, BG Wallet recommended you to review this Privacy Policy carefully.  In addition, if you are a California resident, BG Wallet recommend to review BG Wallet specific CCPA Privacy Notice.  

This Privacy Policy does not cover your interaction with the content of third parties provided during your use of the Product or otherwise included as a link therein. Third Parties’ privacy practices may be different from BG Wallet’s privacy practices. BG Wallet can’t control third parties’ privacy and security practices and will not be liable or responsible for their breach or acts, and hence BG Wallet recommends you to review those third parties’ policies. 

  1. THE DATA BG Wallet COLLECTS:

BG Wallet may collect and process certain types of information regarding you, when you are accessing or interacting with the Product and the Product Services

The data that BG Wallet may collect includes both Personal and Non-Personal Data:

  • Personal Data is information that can identify or may with reasonable effort identify an individual. 
  • Non-Personal Data is information which is unidentifiable or such as technical data, such information is not used to identify individuals. 

Under the GDPR, all the Personal Data that BG Wallet may collect, shall be in compliance with the following lawful principle (under the GDPR): (i) Cookies information– BG Wallet or its partners, such as advertisers or search feed providers, may use cookies for advertising purposes, which, subject to relevant law requirements, BG Wallet will request your consent 

((iii) Contact information– When you choose to contact BG Wallet, BG Wallet will process your details and other information you choose to provide, in order to give you an answer to your request and perform BG Wallet’s contract with you ii) Online identifiers information-BG Wallet processes certain online identifiers for operation purposes, subject to BG Wallet’s legitimate interest

PLEASE SEE BELOW A LIST OF THE TYPES OF DATA THAT BG Wallet MAY COLLECTE, AND THE PURPOSE OF SUCH COLLECTION:

  • When you are using the Product and the Product Services, several pieces of technical data can be passed on to BG Wallet. The technical data to be collected will include: date and time stamp; the type of your device; the operating system of your device; aggregated use of the Product and the Product Services; estimated location; traffic source which lead you to the Product Services; language; type of browser and search preference and Internet Service Provider. This data shall be used for operation purposes, as well as for the purposes of strengthening and upgrading the Product and the additional Services and to administer internal statistics.
  • BG Wallet will collect your Internet Protocol (“IP”) addresses. Your IP might be collected by BG Wallet or by BG Wallet’s service providers. BG Wallet use this data for the purposes of improving, maintaining, protecting and operating the Product and the Product Services;, including improving your experience while you are using the Product Services; for analytic and statistic purposes regarding traffic flow and your interaction with BG Wallet’s Product; checking BG Wallet’s affiliates, calculating payments and reveal of fraud, including revealing and resolving security and technical bags. Your IP address may be used in order to determine your estimated l
  • ocation (such as country) and to display suitable advertisements. The IP address will be stored in a way that will not allow its identification, and once it is collected, it will immediately be made anonymous (in this regard, BG Wallet will use industry common practices). 
  • Your search related data may be collected while you are using the Product. Such as the URLs of websites that you were visiting. This type of data will be collected as a cumulative Non-Personal Data. However, in some cases, web browsing data contains data that could be considered as Personal Data. BG Wallet will erase this type of data shortly after collection. BG Wallet shall use this data to provide certain features of the Product Services, such as displaying relevant search-based advertising.
  • If you choose voluntarily to contact BG Wallet, you will be requested to provide BG Wallet with contact details such as name, or email address. BG Wallet will use the contact details in order to respond and provide you with the assistance, or any other service you requested. If BG Wallet finds it required it may store the correspondence, for instance, for any future claim, or to provide you with support or to improve the Product and Product Services.

  1. THE DATA BG Wallet SHARES WITH THIRD PARTIES 

Though BG Wallet make every effort to preserve your privacy, BG Wallet may need to share your Personal Data for the following limited purposes: 

  • BG Wallet will share your Personal Data, solely to the extent required under applicable law or regulation and its policies or agreements;
  • In order to comply with applicable laws requirements, BG Wallet may share your data, in the event of a corporate transaction (for example, sale of its business, merger or consolidation or asset sale. In this case, BG Wallet’s affiliated companies or acquiring companies shall assume the obligations and rights as specified in this Privacy Policy. 
  • BG Wallet will share your Personal Data with its service providers. The share will be only to the extent needed to fulfill the purposes of providing the features of the Product and the Product Services.
  • BG Wallet may share online identifiers that it collects, with its business partners, in order to calculate payments or detect scams and fraud in connection with the Product and the Product Services.
  • BG Wallet may share your Personal Data with third parties, subject to your consent, and in such cases, the Personal Data shared shall be subject to their privacy policies.
  • BG Wallet may share your data with its affiliated companies only if and where applicable or necessary.

BG Wallet may process, store or transfer Personal Data within the European Economic Area (“EEA“), United State Of America (“US“), and internationally. BG Wallet will take appropriate safeguards to ensure that your Personal Data is maintained at an adequate level of data protection according to applicable laws.

In order to access and use the Product and the Product Services, BG Wallet or BG Wallet’s partners may apply “cookies” or other similar technologies for collecting information regarding to your activity and use of the Product or Product Services BG Wallet may use Cookies for different purposes such as, enriching the performance of the Product, providing the Product Services and functionalities. Cookies enable BG Wallet to improve your experience while using the Product and Product Services. BG Wallet use the following cookies as a part of the Product and the Product Services:

Opting Out:

You can opt out from the data collection and sharing process made through cookies. Most browsers will allow you to block cookies, delete cookies or receive a warning message before a cookie is being stored. However, if you choose to block the use of cookies, some of the features of the Product and the Product Services may not work properly. Furthermore, disabling cookies will not prevent the display of advertisements through your use, but such advertisements will not be personalized. Third party’s cookies that are embedded in BG Wallet’s Product and Product Services- are subject to the applicable third party’s cookie policy.

  1. STORAGE AND SECURITY:

BG Wallet believes the security of your privacy is a serious issue, and BG Wallet is committed to protecting the Personal Data received from you, from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. BG Wallet is using security measures to protect your data that comply with applicable laws and industry standards.

Notwithstanding , the Company cannot guarantee that your Personal Data is fully secured and BG Wallet cannot be responsible for such acts of those who achieve unauthorized access to Product and the Product Services, and gives no warranty, express or implied, that BG Wallet can prevent such access.

Information collected by BG Wallet will be retained; (i) for as long as needed to provide the Product and the Product Services (ii) to comply with BG Wallet’s legal commitments; (iii) to resolve disputes and enforce BG Wallet’s agreements; (iv) where required under applicable laws; and (v) subject to the requirements which BG Wallet may receive from you. 

You shall not interpret this Privacy Policy as a commitment to save your information, and BG Wallet may, at its own discretion, erase or avoid from maintaining any or all of your information.

Data protection and privacy laws may provide you with the ability to exercise some rights regarding your Personal Data collected by BG Wallet.

If you are a resident of the EEA or California State, the GDPR or the CCPA, respectively, may provide you with some of the following rights:

  • The right to access your Personal Data; 
  • The right to amend and update your Personal Data;
  • The right to object to the processing of Personal Data;
  • The right to request deletion of Personal Data; 
  • The right to limit the processing of Personal Data; 
  • The right to “port” Personal Data to a third-party;
  • The right to withdraw consent when consent is the legal basis for the processing of Personal Data; and
  • The right to file a complaint to a supervisory authority in the applicable jurisdiction.

For exercising your rights, please download the Privacy Rights Request Form, and send it to the BG Wallet privacy team at: support@bgwalletltd.com. BG Wallet may ask for additional details from you to verify your identity. If you won’t supply BG Wallet with the requested details, BG Wallet may reject your request. The process of responding to your request may take the privacy team up to one (1) month, unless otherwise required under applicable law.

  1. CHILDREN’S’ PRIVACY

The Product and the Product Services are intended for individuals over the age of 16. Accordingly, BG Wallet does not knowingly solicit, collect or save information from children under the age of 16 or as defined under applicable law. If BG Wallet later obtains actual knowledge that you are considered a child under applicable law, BG Wallet will do her best effort to immediately delete your Personal Data. If you are not over 16 years old, THEN PLEASE DO NOT DOWNLOAD OR USE THE PRODUCT OR THE PRODUCT SERVICES. 

  1. CHANGES AND UPDATES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

BG Wallet may update or amend this Privacy Policy occasionally at her sole discretion or if it is required under applicable laws. The latest and most updated version of this Privacy Policy will be noted at the beginning of the heading. BG Wallet recommends you to check this Privacy Policy from time to time. In case it is required under relevant law, BG Wallet will send you an applicable notice.
